SUBSTANCE: among carriers, it is convenient to have a certain number of special, configuration-defined carriers for enabling synchronisation, system information, paging, data and control for UE supporting multiple carriers. As a result, overhead system information may then be reduced. For instance, synchronisation and paging for a specified cell are not provided at all carriers. The carrier may provide backward compatibility for UE with one carrier for accessing, synchronisation, broadcasting and a new control zone within the data region of conventional terminals. By matching nodes for selecting reference carriers which reduce interference and for controlling transmission power of non-reference carriers, further advantages in network capacity are provided.
EFFECT: high throughput of wireless communication between nodes and a user device using multiple downlink and uplink carriers.
