SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Presowing treatment of seeds is carried out with an aqueous solution of tris(2,2-dichlorocyclopropylmethyl) borate C12H15Cl6O3B of formula with the active ingredient concentration of 0.01% at a dose of 1 litre per 1 kg of seeds.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase germinating energy, germinating ability and to speed up the beginning of crop ripening.
