SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The stimulant (2.2-dichlorocyclopropylmethyl) dimethyl borate is produced by interaction of trimethyl borate with dichlorocyclopropylmethanol in a molar ratio of 1:1 at a temperature of 100-110°C. Then its 0.01% aqueous solution is prepared.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve viability and germination of seeds.
