SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology for production of fish-and-vegetable preserves. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, bulb onions cutting and mixing with fermented cabbages, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. One mixes the flour with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and laurel leaf with the mixture subsequent cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce. Sprats are mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil; the sprats, vegetable mixture and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
