SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, carrots and bulb onions cutting, the listed components mixing with fermented cabbages, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the flour mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, sprats mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the sprats, vegetable mixture and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
