SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cigarette box. Proposed box allows rejecting film wrap. Box comprises case with exposed end at top. Said box comprises also latch cover to closed exposed end pivoted to open end rear edge by cover hinge. It includes also inner box fitted in outer box to keep cigarettes therein. Inner box comprises wrap to keep cigarettes in and to seal inner box. Note here that said wrap has seams made by jointing warp edges to ensure tightness of inner box. Note also that said seams include: crosswise seam made by jointing warp top and bottom edges together. Note that said transverse seam extends over inner box width on front or rear side, and two vertical seams made by folding wrap side edge toward itself and jointing it to itself. Note that vertical seams extend on inner box opposite sides.

EFFECT: proposed box allows rejecting film wrap.
