FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: fuel briquette producing method involves preparation of industrial and domestic solid wastes, their dosing of components, mixing, formation and drying, where dosing of fuel mixture is performed as per calorific capacity from the following ratio: where M1, M2, M3, M4, …, Mn - masses of each component; q1; q2; q3; q4; …, qn - specific calorific capacity of each component of industrial and domestic solid waste, qcoal - specific calorific capacity of coal briquette; homogeneous fecal matter is used as a binding agent; at that, it is pre-treated with ozone concentration of 0.1÷0.5 mg/m3 at the temperature of not more than 30°C and water solution of Darsan-N or Etaksomin chemicals at the temperature of 30÷40°C; then, the binding agent is dehydrated till humidity is 15÷30%, and alternating current is applied at voltage of not more than 220÷380 V, frequency of 50 Hz and current strength of 1.5÷0.1 A, when pH 8÷8.5 liquid phase hydrogen potential is reached, and moisture is removed, and solid phase of the binding agent is supplied to dosing process as to calorific capacity of fuel mixture components and formation.

EFFECT: increasing thermophysical properties of briquettes; enlarging process capabilities.
