FIELD: organic chemistry, fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to carbon fuel briquetting technology and can be applied in metallurgy and other industries. Method of coke fine grades briquetting includes drying of coke fine fractions, mixing of coke fines at humidity 10-12% with binding agent, briquettes compressing and dryout. As binding agent, dispersed mixture of liquid glass and dust silica (metal waste) is used in ratio 1:1, portion of dispersed mixture in briquette mixture is 7-9% of mass. Moisture of coke fine grades functions as binding agent solvent. Technical result is reduction of energy content, briquettes production cost, sulphur content, increased resistance and thermostability of briquette.
EFFECT: improved technologies of carbon fuel briquetting with increased resistance and thermostability of briquette and reduction of production energy content.
