FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of three stationary batch-operated boilers interconnected consistently with the pipelines along the liquid phases and equipped with signaling sensors of filling the boilers with water extractant at the first stage of waste wood extraction, black liquor from the kraft pulping or solution of lignosulphonates - at the second stage of extraction, and cooking liquor for cooking.
EFFECT: application of the device makes it possible to achieve a high degree of extraction from waste wood during the extraction of components harmful for further cooking, increase in concentration of useful substances nutrients in the water extract, and automatic control of flows of extractants and the cooking liquor.
