FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: actuator includes electric drive, pump station, hydraulic lines with mounted on them valves of direct and reverse action, power hydraulic cylinder, note that electric drive includes step motor connected in series, ball-screw pair and shaft-propeller, pump station has two hydraulic cylinders interconnected by shaft and hydraulic line with valves of direct and reverse action mounted on it, power hydraulic cylinder contains piston rod movement control loop that includes piston rod stroke stops, reverse sensor, note that the drive additionally includes control unit, to the input of which there connected is a piston-stroke reverse sensor and to the outputs - step motor and units of valves of direct and reverse action.
EFFECT: increase of positioning accuracy, reliability and vibration resistance of electric hydraulic actuator operation.
