FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises bringing coolant in contact with ice formation system at negative temperature. Ice formation system is composed of elastic membrane with one surface in contact with coolant and another surface in contact with water. At regular intervals, in snowing on membrane surface, pressure to membrane at one side is varied with spontaneous ice separation from membrane and its further removal.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
