FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: two lens frames for holding lenses are used, which are pivotally connected to each other by their inner ends and have a connecting groove on their outer side for orthogonal fitting of one or more components in line with each other and forming each of two handles, wherein all said components are connected by a wire which passes through each of said components for their tightening and which connects them in series when the two lens frames lie in one plane for use, while the loosening of the wire enables to disengage the handle elements and free them from the lens fastening elements, when said elements are turned from each other.
EFFECT: easier use of foldable spectacles.
