SUBSTANCE: in an automatic control system, having series-connected control object, proportional link, identifier, static characteristic level, dynamic characteristic level, quality and self-control level and actuating level, the static characteristic level additionally includes series-connected device for determining the required capacitive energy, a control conditioner on the static characteristic of the capacitive energy and a device for determining technical implementation; the dynamic characteristic level additionally includes a stability setting device, a computer for calculating the root of the control action, a computer for calculating free and forced status coefficients; the third quality and self-control level additionally includes series-connected unit for verifying the region of allowable values, a unit for stepwise control; the actuating level includes a capacitive force conditioner which compensates for perturbation of the control element; the identifier includes series-connected high-speed device for indirectly determining capacitive energy, a device for directly determining capacitive energy of the current interval, a unit for monitoring the full transition period, a unit for transient capacitive energy and a device for determining capacitive energy.

EFFECT: high efficiency of controlling internal capacitive energy of an object with variable parameters.
