SUBSTANCE: devices comprise "N" main flat electric heaters, installed on the surface of a heating area, a controlled switch, connected with its inlet via a grid voltage breaker to an outlet of a phase wire of an AC voltage grid, and with its outlet - to the first outlets of "N" main flat electric heaters, "N" additional flat electric heaters, arranged with their lower surfaces on upper surfaces of "N" main flat electric heaters and connected with their first outlets to the outlet of the zero wire of the AC voltage grid, and with their appropriate second outlets to the appropriate second outlets of "N" main flat electric heaters, a temperature sensor installed in a structure of flat electric heaters, a source of a task signal and a voltage controller.

EFFECT: reduced capacity of electromagnetic radiations arising from inductive resistances of current-conducting elements of flat electric heaters.
