FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment and relates to the electrical network parameters stabilizing and control device. Device is the three-phase voltage converter, with the function of phase-by-phase current stabilization, output voltage level control, and also the operation zero generator. Input three-phase voltage is converted into the output controlled three-phase voltage, with the phases shift angle between the voltage vectors close to 120°. In the real time control unit analyzes the voltage and current levels input values, the output data by the reverse sequence current from the electric consumers are analyzed in-parallel, output voltage level, issues the control signals to the output current and voltage control unit by each phase to create the current or voltage limit so, that the consumers efficiency is not reduced. Device is installed in the input switchgear and is accordingly connected by the low voltage side of 0.4 kV after the commercial accounting unit into the phase and zero discontinuity.
EFFECT: invention can be used to solve the energy saving issues in the energy sector, as well as to save electricity and improve its quality during powering the enterprises shops and residential micro-districts.
