FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device for planting seeds in capsules comprises a hopper with the distribution chamber for capsules, a housing in which on the horizontal axis of rotation a cylindrical disc with cells and agitators is mounted. The cylindrical disk is mounted on the claw chisel by bolts through the holes. The cells of the disc are made on its lateral surface, on which also a fillet is made. On the lateral surface of cells along the disk rotation a bevel is made at an angle of natural slope of the capsules. The agitators are made curvilineal and are mounted on the end surface of the disc.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve uniformity of the capsule distribution along the length of the row due to increasing the cells filling and destruction of arch formation.
