SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in sowing machines of precision sowing seeders of tilled crops seeds in capsules. Sowing disc for encapsulated seeds is made cylindrical. On side surface of disc with cells there is fillet along profile of capsule. Fillet is penetrated by value of radius of capsule. On end surface of disc curvilinear agitator is mounted. On outer circle of stirring device with uniform circumferential pitch hook-shaped ledges are made of different size and similar in form.
EFFECT: higher occupancy of cells with encapsulated seeds.
