FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, light and textile industry, and may be used in appropriate machinery. Proposed device comprises horizontal drum to drive the reel and mandrel to wind up the reel. Said mandrel comprises individual drive and runs in bearings to lift at reel diameter increase. Mandrel bearing supports are composed of pulleys. Pulleys are arranged between grooves of appropriate vertical V-belt drives to run in synchronism and displace from individual drive in vertical direction jointly with mandrel. Pulleys are equipped with spring-loaded clamping cones. The latter may axially displace relative to end surface of said bearing supports. Additionally, this device comprises optoelectronic transducers. The latter measure the length of fed material and that of wound material. Outputs of said transducers are connected via controller and microprocessor with control unit. Control unit controls mandrel drive.
EFFECT: accurate control over length of fed and reeled material.
