SUBSTANCE: cast-iron contains the following, wt %: carbon 3.6-3.9, silicon 0.25-0.3, manganese 2.2-2.6; chrome 0.1-0.15; nickel 1.6-2.0; copper 0.8-1.2; niobium 0.6-0.8; tellurium 0.001-0.0012; iron is the rest.
EFFECT: increasing cast-iron resistance to twisting at increased temperatures.
