SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises generation of data signals by instrument setter. Data signals are shaped as action time code with time interval between two fixed members equal to ty. Time-fuse converts time interval ty during setting into time interval code with its numerical value Ny defined by counting the time-fuse clock frequency pulses generated during ty, while, in reckoning, time-fuse generates output instruction on reaching the sum of clock frequency pulses equal to product of code numerical value Ny loaded by setter of time interval Ny by numerical value defined by tome code setter and constant scale factor.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of countdown, increased input data volume.
