SUBSTANCE: device comprises serially connected units receiving one and the same sequence of internal stages under exposure to clock signals; at the same time transition to another stages is carried out under action of an active level at their appropriate inputs, and certain outputs correspond to certain stages, after a signal at another inputs, being outputs of the previous unit, corresponding to its certain states, switching the unit into another inner state "j in this cycle of the previous unit, with another signal switching another unit into another inner state (j+1) in the next cycle of the previous unit, is a signal of the previous unit, corresponding to its other inner state, preceding in cycle of the previous unit to a signal that switches the next unit into the state "j", at the same time outputs of this unit corresponding to its another state, and their corresponding inputs of the next unit are inputs of clock signals and outputs of triggers of this and previous units.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and saving on equipment quantity.
