SUBSTANCE: device contains sequentially connected units that receive the same sequence of internal states when the clock signals are applied. The transition to the next state is carried out under the action of an active level at their appropriate inputs, and next states correspond to certain outputs; after a signal at another inputs of the subsequent block, which are the outputs of the previous block corresponding to its certain states, switching the block into another inner state "J" in this cycle of the previous block, the next signal, switching the subsequent block in the next inner state (J+1) in the next cycle of the previous block is the signal of the previous block corresponding to the other inner state, preceding in cycle of the previous block signal, switching the subsequent block in the state "J"; in this case, the outputs are referred to the previous block and the inputs of the mentioned subsequent block are the outputs of flip-flops of the previous block, defining its inner state.
