For certain versions of invention realisation MS may be divided into groups on the basis of CINR, and information of packets distribution for each group may be transferred using MCS, which corresponds to this group on the basis of CINR for MS in this group.
EFFECT: certain versions of invention realisation according to this disclosure make it possible to reduce inefficient alarm costs in WiMAX by means of sending of information of packets distribution in MS with the help of messages, which may be sent using more efficient circuits of modulation and coding compared to those, which are permitted for DL-MAP and UL-MAP messages.
