SUBSTANCE: mobile station (MS) includes capacity controller for calculation of capacity compensation value with application of final transmission capacity in previous control of capacity with feedback, when mode of capacity control is changed from capacity control with feedback to capacity control without feedback, and for detection of transfer capacity in process of capacity control without feedback with application of compensation value and transmitter for control and transfer of upperlink (UL) signal transfer capacity under control of capacity controller.
EFFECT: invention preserves capacity of transfer in case of capacity control mode.
