FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the bristles which can be used in brushes, in particular, hair brushes, and a method for manufacturing such bristles. The method of forming a head profile on at least one bristle is disclosed, which is applicable in the hair brush, comprising the steps when at least one the said bristle is directed on the holder for bristles, the longitudinal axis of bristles is directed vertically, the head of at least one the said bristle is exposed with noncontact heating. And noncontact heating is performed in the heating chamber surrounding at least partly at least one bristle.
EFFECT: methods should provide reliable and usable bristles and brushes even with non-ideal standards of production.
