FIELD: sanitary and hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: toothbrush has head and handle joined to head along longitudinal axis. Head has first part remote from handle, second part next to handle and perimetral part running around head. First zone on first part of head includes outer arched portion of perimetral part positioned on free end of head and adapted to define inner zone with thick bristles. Second zone on second head part next to handle has transverse strips and rows of intradental bundles arranged in alternation on free end of head. Rows of intradental bundles are terminating in bundles of bristles extending aside and outwards of gum line bristles and aside and outwards of gum strip bristles.
