FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of production of construction materials, in particular to production of porous filling agents, based of liquid glass, intended for manufacturing light concretes, as well as heat insulating filling agents. Method of obtaining waterproof porous filling agent includes thorough mixing of all components in ceramic composition, which contains, wt %: sodium liquid glass with density 1.41 g/cm3 - 50-75; sodium chloride, grinded to the size smaller than 0.3 mm - 1-3; wastes of coal enrichment by floatation method with content of clayey component not less than 71% - 22-49, with further granulation and swelling of granules. After that, first thermal processing of granules is performed in temperature interval 350-400°C, second one being performed in temperature interval 900-1000°C for 15-25 minutes until carbon is burned out, with further cooling at rate 55-65°C per minute to formation of glass phase 41-58 %.
EFFECT: increased compression strength and coefficient of softening of porous filling agent.
