FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crushed stone-mastic asphalt-concrete mixes, used for laying upper layers of automobile road and aerodrome surfaces. Stone-mastic asphalt-concrete mix includes crushed stone, sand from breakage riddling, mineral powder, bitumen and composite material UNIREM-001. Mix additionally contains fibrous additive and adhesive nitrogen-containing additive with the following component content, wt %: crushed stone 65.0-75.0, sand from breakage riddling 5.0-17.0, mineral powder 10.0-20.0, bitumen 5.5-7.5, composite material UNIREM-001 0.3-0.7, fibrous additive 0.2-0.6, adhesive nitrogen-containing additive 0.05-0.15, volume ratio of composite material UNIREM-001 and fibrous additive constitutes respectively 30-70% and 70-30%. Also described is method of obtaining asphalt-concrete mix.
EFFECT: increased homogeneity of crushed stone-mastic asphalt-concrete mix and crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete, its long-term waterproofness and durability.
