FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of metal mastic road concrete mix used for the construction of upper layers of road surfaces and airdrome. Metal mastic road concrete mix consists of stabilized binder, road metal of solid breeds, sand from screenings crushing, mineral powder, at the following ratio of components, mass%: stabilized binder – 5.0–7.0, road metal of solid breeds – 53.0–80.0, sand from screenings crushing – 5.0–25.0, mineral powder – 10.0–15.0. Moreover, the stabilized binder includes bitumen UBD 60/90, epoxide resin, polyethylenepolyamine, divinyl styrene thermoplastic elastomer (DST-30-01) and tall oil, at the following components ratio, wt%: bitumen – 79.94–87.98, epoxide resin – 2–6, polyethylenepolyamine – 0.02–0.06, thermoplastic elastomer – 6–8, tall oil – 4–6. Method for the preparation of metal mastic road concrete mix includes "dry" mixing of dehydrated mineral materials at a temperature of 160–190 °C with binder, and the binder is prepared in the following sequence: in the heated to 160 °C bitumen injected tall oil, thermoplastic elastomer and mixed for 30 minutes in arm mixer, then epoxy resin and polyethylene polyamine are added to the resulting mixture and mixing is continued until the thermoplastic elastomer is dissolved in the bitumen.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in physical and mechanical performance of metal mastic road concrete mix.
