FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ionogenic water-soluble diallyl polymers of formula: , where n=100-112. The polymer is obtained in aqueous solution by via radical polymerisation of N,N-diallyl aspartic acid in the presence of an ammonium persulphate (APS) radical initiator at sufficiently mild conditions.
EFFECT: improved complexing properties of the polymer with respect to iron, copper and cobalt cations, and obtaining a polymer with controlled acid-base and hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance.
