SUBSTANCE: method involves gasification of carbon-containing material by treating with a gasifying agent which contains oxygen and water vapour to obtain generator gas and mechanical impurities, removing the mechanical impurities, high-temperature purification of the generator gas from sulphur compounds, correcting the composition and converting the obtained synthesis gas using a catalyst into an emulsion of hydrocarbons in reaction water. The catalyst used contains cobalt (II) oxide which is deposited on γ-aluminium oxide which is pre-coated with magnesium (II) oxide or magnesium (II) oxide and zirconium (IV) oxide.
EFFECT: achieving cost effectiveness while cutting emission of harmful substances.
