FIELD: production of synthetic hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: The invention relates to a method for producing synthetic hydrocarbons, in which the synthesis gas produced by coal gasification and containing H2 and CO is desulfurized and then fed into a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor, where hydrocarbons are produced by catalytic reactions, wherein providing a molar ratio between H2 and CO 1,9-2,0:1, and the resulting hydrocarbons are provided to the consumer. The method is characterized by the fact that before gasification, coal is prepared and accumulated in an intermediate sealed storage hopper, and coal gasification is performed by feeding a vapor-oxygen mixture, which is preheated by the synthesis gas coming out during gasification, after which the synthesis gas is purified from coal dust, resin and sent to the ejector to provide additional synthesis gas before the two-stage purification from sulfur compounds, then continuous wet cleaning with lime solution and dry adsorption purification of synthesis gas from sulfur compounds and carbon monoxide is carried out with continuous regeneration of the adsorbent by the heated part of the synthesis gas and sent to a buffer storage gas tank, from which part of the synthesis gas is used to generate electricity at a mini CHP, necessary to obtain pure hydrogen involved in the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, and the main part is sent through a high-pressure compressor and a heat exchanger to a mixing unit with pure hydrogen gas obtained by electrolysis of water, and after heating the mixture in the starting heat exchanger, it is fed to the synthesis reactor.

EFFECT: The present invention enables to increase the yield of the finished product while reducing energy costs due to the continuous process of producing synthesis gas with its subsequent conversion into a synthetic hydrocarbon product.
