FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: meshy dome includes N metal cores arranged in the form of a hexahedron with holes along the perimeter. Cores are located between elements meeting in the unit and made of glued wood and reinforced with metal rods fixed inside elements with the help of a glued composition. Metal rods are coaxial with holes of a metal core, protrude beyond the element borders at its both ends, at the same time protruding ends of rods are threaded. The number of rod rows along the element height equals number of metal cores in the unit. Ends of each element contacting with metal cores are equipped with a metal pad, and elements of the dome are connected with metal cores by means of reinforcement metal rods ends protruding from elements and are fixed to the latter by means of nuts. Ends of metal rods protruding from the other end of the element are fixed in such manner to the metal core of the adjacent unit.

EFFECT: dome strength improvement.
