SUBSTANCE: air electric plant comprises a wind generator with a vertical axis of rotation of vertical assembly modules. The plant includes master shafts of a wind turbine with master rollers. Master rollers via a reducer are connected with a power generator. The power generator via a control system is connected with a load.
EFFECT: development of a device for generation of electric energy, using air flows at different levels.
