SUBSTANCE: fluid medium controller includes: a controller housing; the first ring of seat to provide the first characteristics of flow located in the housing and restricting an opening for fluid medium; the first holder to provide the second characteristics of flow connected detachably to the first ring of the valve; a valve plug made with possibility of movement to the opening for fluid medium to contact the first ring of the seat leakproof. The first ring of the seat contains additionally: sealing surface adjacent to the opening for fluid medium to contact the valve plug leakproof; the first edge which receives the first holder and aligns the first holder with controller housing; the second edge between the first edge and sealing surface; and a peripheral wall. The first and the second edges are at a distance from each other located along longitudinal axis of the first ring of the seat by formation of the peripheral wall.
