HEATING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F24H3/06

Abstract RU 2476781 C2

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: in a heating device comprising metal plates with one hole fixed tightly separately on each branch of a U-shaped pipe with a gap between them from 3 to 10 mm, the body has a slot on the back panel along its entire length with width from 0.1 to 0.5 of its height. In the lower part of the back panel there is a screen bent inside at the angle from 10° to 80° with height from the lower panel to the lower edges of plates. On the front panel there are from 1 to 10 slots along the entire length with width from 0.05 to 0.5 of its height. The plate area is more than the pipe cross section area 5-20 times. The hole in the plates is arranged in the form of a fillet, a part of which in contact with the pipe has length from one to five mm. Slots of the front panel are bent outside by the angle from 10° to 60° from the panel plane.

EFFECT: increased air temperature near floor; higher efficiency of heat transfer, reduced power inputs for heating a room.
