FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: wireless communication apparatus capable of minimising degradation in separation characteristics of a code multiplexed response signal is disclosed. In this apparatus, a control component controls both a ZC sequence used in primary spreading in a spreading component and a Walsh sequence used in secondary spreading in a spreading component in accordance with the relationship between the sequences and channel control elements (CCE), established in accordance with the probability of using physical resources of the response signal corresponding to the numbers of the CCE. The spreading component performs primary spreading of the response signal using the ZC sequence set by the control component. The spreading component performs secondary spreading of the response signal to which the prefix CP was added using the Walsh sequence set by the control component.
EFFECT: high volume of transmitted information owing to minimisation of the reduction in efficiency of spreading response signals.
