SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems. To realise the described result, the expansion unit expands the ACK/NACK signal input from the evaluation unit by means of the ZC sequence. The expansion unit expands the CQI signal by using a cyclic shift sequence ZC. Using the Walsh sequence, the expansion unit additionally expands the ACK/NACK signal. The control unit controls the expansion units so that the minimum value of the difference between the CQI signals from multiple mobile stations and the value of cyclic shift of the ACK/NACK signal is not less than the minimum value of the difference between the values of cyclic shift of the ACK/NACK signals from the multiple mobile stations.

EFFECT: increase in the interference resistance due to the suppression of inter-code interference between the ACK/NACK signal and the CQI signal.
