FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to disinsection and concerns a method for UHF-disinsection of materials and/or articles. It involves electromagnetic exposure on the materials placed in a working chamber on at least one of walls of which there are emitters provided. The exposure in enabled by uniform heating of the material by UHF of power flux density 0.5 Wt/cm2 to 1 Wt/cm2 for 5 to 10 min. The material is placed uniformly along the area of the working chamber at a distance of min. 20 cm from each wall of the working chamber whereon the UHF sources are arranged. A number of the UHF sources is specified depending on the material area to be processed provided the power flux density of 0.5 Wt/cm2 to 1 Wt/cm2. The material disinsection is performed in a radiation device at electromagnetic field frequency 2450 MHz.

EFFECT: invention enables higher effectiveness (volume, depth) disinsection of wool articles, prolonged performance of this process with maintaining the consumer properties of the processed articles.
