FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: measurement device of non-linear distortions includes input and output terminals for connection of a measurement object, a harmonic oscillator, the output of which is connected to input terminal; a signal level equalisation unit consisting of in-series connected attenuator and adjustable measuring amplifier is connected to output terminal; besides, attenuator input is the input of signal level equalisation unit, and output of the adjustable measuring amplifier is its output; a differentiation unit containing three delay links including simultaneously tunable capacitors, a monitoring-and-measuring unit consisting of an oscillograph and a measurement unit, which are connected in parallel to the input of the monitoring-and-measuring unit, as well as the first and the second identical indication units consisting of the comparison circuit, the first input of which is the input of the indication unit, reference signal generator connected to the second input of the comparison circuit, an indicator connected to output of the comparison circuit; input of the first indication unit is connected to output of the signal level equalisation unit, and the input of the second indication unit is connected to output of the differentiation unit.

EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy by reducing systematic measurement error.
