FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to control and measuring apparatuses for metrological certification of sphygmomanometers and heart rate metres. The apparatus comprises a pressure pulsation source accommodating a pump and a first flow pulsating system with measuring and bypass fluid passages, a pressure regulator valve coupled with a control unit, a measuring cell representing a cylinder imitating a human cell to attach a compression cuff of the automated sphygmomanometer wherein an elastic tube is arranged imitating a human hand artery and integrated in the measuring channel, a pressure and frequency reference integrated in the measuring channel. Electrical inputs of the control unit are coupled to output of a working pressure and frequency reference, and outputs are coupled with outputs of the pressure pulsation source. There are introduced a second flow pulsating system one hydraulic input of which is coupled through the measuring cell with the first hydraulic output of the flow pulsating system, a second hydraulic input --with a second output of the first pressure pulsation source by the bypass channel, and its hydraulic output - through the pressure pulsation source. An electric input of the second flow pulsating system is coupled with the control unit.

EFFECT: invention provides higher checkout accuracy of the automated sphygmomanometers.
