FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: simulation model has a first cylinder 1 which simulates the upper third of the arm for connecting the compression cuff of a sphygmomanometer on the arm, in which there is a flexible tube 3 with a shut-off-and-regulating element which simulates the artery in the upper third of the arm. A second cylinder 2 simulates the lower third of the arm for connecting the compression cuff of a sphygmomanometer on the wrist, in which there is a flexible tube 4 with a shut-off-and-regulating element 7 which simulates the artery in the lower third of the arm, a connecting shut-off-and-regulating element 12 which hydraulically connects the first and second cylinders. The flexible tube of the second cylinder is in form of three parallel flexible tubes with shut-off-and-regulating elements 6. The flexible tube 3 of the first cylinder 1 has an additional shut-off-and-regulating element 9. There is a by-pass tube 10 in the second cylinder, which is fitted with a shut-off-and-regulating element 8.
EFFECT: high measurement accuracy.
