SUBSTANCE: device contains power-supply source buses, the first commutation unit, an executive element, the second commutation unit, its second output connected to the first output of the executive element, its first output connected to the first output of the first electronic key and to the second output of the first commutation unit, its first output connected to the positive bus of the first power-supply source of the first channel via the first current sensor; the common bus of the first and second power-supply sources of the first channel is connected to the second output of the executive element.

EFFECT: reliability improvement due to introduction of a redundant control channel in case of potential failure occurrence.
