FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry branch, in particular, to a fodder additive for beef breed young cattle. The fodder additive for beef breed young cattle includes Lactobacillus acidophilus and Streptococcus faecium bacteria strains. For the basic animal ration the fodder additive has the following strain composition: Lactobacillus acidophilus - 1*106 cells per 1 g of the preparation, Streptococcus faecium - 80*107 cell per 1 g of the preparation; the additive is introduced in an amount of 50 mg per 1 kg of live weight.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to increase cattle productiveness by 5-8,7%.
