FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry and may be used during fodder preparation automation for quality homogeneous fodder mixtures production. For the fodder preparation one performs hydrolysis-extraction of vegetable raw material of dried phytomass in a mixture with water at water duty equal to 1:14-15, of fresh or ensiled phytomass in a mixture with water at water duty equal to 1:5-8 at T equal to 20-40°C during 3-5 minutes in a chopper extractor. One supplies dosed air to the chopper extractor inlet achieving the raw material extraction process efficiency enhancement. Then water hydrolysate of grass meal, in an amount of 0.5-3% of the standard weight of the ration, is preliminarily mixed with vegetable fodder oil, included into the ration, according to standards, in an amount of 3-5% of the fodder weight, at a ratio of hydrolysate to oil being 1:1-2.5, or with oil sedimentary fraction, at a ratio of 2-3:1; then one performs mixing with the dry feedstuff basic mass; alternatively, a portioned hydrolysate quantity, 05.-3% of the standard weight, is automatically supplied, without oil, directly into the feedstuff mixer ensuring uniform mixing with the base feedstuff.

EFFECT: inventions group usage allows to enhance the produced fodders quality.
