FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for brewer grains processing to produce a albuminous cloudiness with moisture content of not more than 95 % and protein content of not less than 50.0 wt% in a dry residue consists in the fact that the brewer pellet is loosened on a vibrating screen, colloid mill grinding with addition of water or a centrifuge to produce paste-like homogeneous mass of brewer grains, and then this mass is treated in a screw extractor for further grinding and separation into 2 fractions: food suspension with moisture content of 90–95 %, in which there are all nutrients, including protein substances of brewer grains, and milled husks. After that suspension is transferred for mechanical filtration and residues of milled husks are removed from it.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with protein content of not less than 50 wt% in a dry residue with food energy value of 250±15 kcal while simplifying the method for production thereof.
