FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Garlic is crushed to a size of 0.5-1.0 cm. For preparing the garlic extract the crushed mass is placed in mesh bags which are dipped in a plastic container with water at a ratio of 1:5. It is infused for 2-3 days at a temperature of 18-25°C in a warm, dark place. The infusion pH is determined daily, which value is maintained at a level of 4.5-4.8. Then the working solution is prepared by mixing water: garlic infusion: liquid soap: adhesive - isodecyl alcohol ethoxylate at a mass ratio of 2:1:0.001:0.0007.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the cost and duration of preparing the agent, to obtain wide-spectrum biological product which is effective in control of plants diseases and pests, ecologically clean.
