SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and fodder production. The method of producing fodders includes preplanting soil treatment with fertilisers application, summer and late summer planting of cereals, legumes and pulse crops. Taking into account agrobiological properties of fodder crops, they are seeded both separately on different fields, and together in the spring, summer and late summer period. And the energy potential, soil humus, the plant food compounds are determined, and harvesting of green mass is carried out after the biochemical changes that improve feeding properties of the crops and crude protein content, the green fodder is frozen and stored in rolls, pikes and ricks. Evaluation of the green fodder quality on its biological and feeding efficiency is determined taking into account the content of crude protein and protein full-value of fodders on the ratio: Fp=Y·Fa·P, where Kp is the number of conditional fodder-protein units (c.f.u.), t/ha; Fa is the fodder value in feed units (f.u.) in 1 kg of fodder; Y is absolute dry matter yield, t/ha; P is an indicator of protein value in fodder - the ratio of actual content per 1 f.u. to the regulatory one according to zootechnical requirements (105 g per 1 f.u.).

EFFECT: invention enables to improve the nutritional value of the fodder and to maintain the soil fertility.
