SUBSTANCE: proposed seats comprises first and second seats. Said first and second seats 4, 6 are arranged in line, nearby each other. First seat 4 has backrest to swing backward from vertical working position into horizontal rest position. Seta back rest comprises one height-adjustable pad element 32. The latter in backrest rest position may be displaced by swiveling four-link mechanism 56 with four pins 62, 64 from bottom rest position in upper first position of armrest. In first top position of armrest, pad element 32 make armrest for second seat 6. Pins 62, 64 extends in crosswise direction 14 of seat and are inclined to horizontal extending across direction 14. Alternatively, pins 63, 64 may extend in direction 14 of the seat.

EFFECT: simplified adjustment of seat position.
