FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as rescue equipment at people falling from high-rise buildings, including in case of fire or capture of buildings by terrorists. The method of saving during the descent from the height includes the use of aerodynamic tunnel as a means to salvation. The device for saving during the descent from the height comprises an aerodynamic tunnel which operating part is made in the form of a truncated cone or pyramid oriented downwards with its smaller base. From the side of the smaller base at least one device for air injection is mounted, over which the protection screen is placed.
EFFECT: reduction of probability of victim injury during falling from high-rise buildings is provided, by excluding their interaction with the surface of the rescue equipment.
